Q: What is the Cisco Apprenticeship Program? 
A: The Cisco Apprenticeship Program is a 12-month training program designed to provide graduates with hands-on corporate experience, practical learning, and professional skill development. 
 
Q: Is this a remote or in-office program? 
A: The program requires candidates to work from the Cisco Bangalore office. Candidates should be willing to relocate if selected. 
 
Q: What is the duration of the program? 
A: The apprenticeship duration is 12 months.  
 
Q: Will apprentices receive a certificate? 
A: Yes. Apprentices who successfully complete the 12-month program and meet the required criteria will receive a completion certificate. 
 
Q: Is this a full-time employment opportunity?
A: This is an apprenticeship training program under the Apprentices Act and not a full-time employment role. 

Q: Can I apply for multiple roles? 
A: No. Candidates are advised to apply only for the role most relevant to their degree and skillset. 

Q: Who is eligible to apply? 
A: Students who have completed or are completing their degree in the current academic year with no backlogs are eligible to apply. Candidates must possess a valid Provisional Degree Certificate before onboarding.  
 
Q: Which degrees are eligible for the program? 
A: Eligible degrees may vary by role. Please refer to the open roles for the specific degree requirements. 
 
Q: Is prior work experience required? 
A: No. This program is intended for fresh graduates starting their careers. 
 
Q: Can candidates with backlogs apply? 
A: No. Candidates must complete their degree with no active backlogs. 
 
Q: Is NATS registration mandatory? 
A: Yes. Candidates must register on the NATS portal and possess a valid NATS enrollment number before onboarding.

Q: What is the selection process? 
A: The selection process typically includes application screening, an online assessment, and virtual interview rounds, followed by final selection and onboarding communication. 

Q: Will all applicants need to take the assessment? 
A: Only candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will receive the assessment link. 
 
Q: How will I receive updates regarding interviews and my application? 
A: All updates, including interview dates and application status, will be communicated to shortlisted candidates through the registered email ID used during the application process. 

Q: Does Cisco charge any fee for applications or hiring? 
A: No. Cisco does not charge candidates any fee during the recruitment process. Candidates should be cautious of fraudulent job offers.
